Stress is not a disease. It is a reaction to the environment. It will induce the creation of the energy to succeed in competition. But excessive stress may be harmful. When stress exceeds physiological demand, it becomes pathological. It means when stress exceeds certain limits it causes disturbances.
Stress is defined in various ways by various authorities. Han style, father stress research defines stress as the wear and tear of our bodies’ experiences as we adjust consciously to the changing environments. It has emotional and physical effects on us and it can create negative or positive feelings.
Stress is also defined as a force from outside world impinging on the individual. is the physical and emotional strain caused by pressure from the outside world. Stress has a particular pattern of disturbing psychological and physiological reactions and a nonspecific response of the body to a demand. The stress of is a normal effect in our life. It can help to learn and grow. Conversely, stress can cause significant problems also.
During stress, brain signals for the release of the stress hormones and make a series of response that gives body extra energy. So blood sugar level rises, heartbeat speeds up and blood pressure increases. The muscles tense for action.
Stress is classified into the good type of stress and bad type of stress. A good type of stress means demand or eustress. Through demand, we have an opportunity to grow and succeed. Good types of stress help to create energy to become better and stronger. Bad type of stress causes distress or emotion. Emotions end up in worries. Stress demands energy for action. If the demand is not fulfilled, it causes mental distress. Failures to cope up to with stress in a situation leads to worries sickness or death. Thus it has positive effects and negatives effects.
Positive effects are the following. It can compel us to action. It can result in a new awareness, exciting new perspective. Positive stress also enables concentration, increases performances and energies into motion.

4.Determine how your body responds to the stress.

19.Avoid nicotine and excessive caffeine.
20.Mix leisure with work. Take breaks and get away when you can.
21.Get enough sleep. Be as consistent with your sleep schedule as possible.
