Stress has  become a common issue in the majority of the people today. It’s very common to hear the lines “I feel stress” in school days and college life. Do you ever think about this issue? Nowadays people become very slime to face problems. Specially the teenagers afraid to solve the problems that they face in day-to-day life.

Do you think about a situation  that you feel stress? Yes I can feel in my O/level exam time I felt very stress, because there were 9 subjects to study within 3 weeks. So in that time my time management became a reason for my stress, but again I felt that much of stress in my A/level exam also. So what happen in here is my wrong time management or studying plan guide to face problem but I didn’t change my time management. this is the problem in nowadays teenagers, they want to enjoy life without any small problem. They don’t understand the actual fault behind the problems.


Some adults  strain with stress. When it happens, inadequately managed stress can lead to anxiety, withdrawal, aggression, physical illness, or poor enduring skills such as drug and/or alcohol use.

Stress occurs when your tension level exceeds your energy level, resulting in an overloaded feeling. “As long as our available energy exceeds our tension level, then we’re in an okay state, But if energy is low and tensions are higher, then that can result in a state of anxiety, depression, and feeling overwhelmed.” Dr.David Forbes ( MD, a Nashville, Tenn, physician specializing in stress management)says.

Here I would suggest some easy ways to relieve and prevent from the  stress.

01. Get Enough Sleep


Most of us don’t understand the importance of the sleeping. Medical researches said that insufficient sleep can put you at the risk of serious illness such as diabetes, obesity and depression. Typically teenagers need 7-9 hours sleeping for their best health. Think about our situation,  usually after go to the bed we engage with social medias. It’s the huge problem that reduce the adults sleeping. We want to avoid using social medias after go to your bed. Mainly you should focus your sleeping times. when you get enough sleeping, your days will be perfect. You can feel fresh. If you feel stress level in high that time also sleeping is the best medicine.

02. Eat Well


“Eat well” means not eat a lot, it’s eat enough healthy foods. Most of the people think we want to eat breakfast, lunch & dinner correctly but that’s wrong we want to eat when we hungry only. You should add more vegetables and fruits in your meal plan. You must eat vegetables more than non-veg items. It’s better to avoid oily foods, junk foods, specially the pizza and instant foods. They are the factors to lead stress.

03. Exercise


You don’t want to go gym everyday, but you should allocate at least 20 minutes in everyday for your exercises. It may be a jogging, little physical exercises, swimming, yoga and some dances. You can use internet videos to learn some exercises.

04. Avoid Artificial Energy Boosters


Artificial catalysts like caffeine pills or prescription medicines may help you stay awake for that all-night study session, but putting off your body’s need to sleep will ultimately result in an energy crash, resulting again in a greater susceptibility to stress.So avoid energy boosters while your studies,works or some sports.

05. Get Emotional Support

Nowadays adults most important problem is treachery. In social medias, you can see most of  the posts are about  opposite sides and friendships treachery. In our generation relationships are not stay-able, they can easily fragile. most of are don’t believe others fully, and they afraid to talk open with others. But we must have at least one person to talk from the bottom of our heart. Choose a friend or family member who won’t be judgmental or try to give lots of advice or seek the help of a professional counselor or psychologist.

06. Don’t Give Up Your Passions


most of the time I heard this word “passion” I always ask the question, “How can I find my passion?“. Finally i found that answer is “When you do something, You can’t sleep until finish that work your mind really love that one” That “something” is your passion. It may be vary from one to one, but everyone should have a passion on something.If you don’t have the passion you can’t work without bore. So explore more and more things until you find your passion.

07. Avoid to Overload Yourself


My favorite lines are “Be kind yourself and spread the love to others, first love yourself” Muniba Mazari, The Pakistan speaker said. This lines are very truthful. We didn’t give important to ourselves. We are always thinking about family, life partner and friends. If we want to earn a lot then we put pressure to our body and mind. It lead to bad to your health. So don’t put too much of load to your body and mind. Don’t forget these lines” you are your own parent from here on out. You is your child, so take care of it.

08. Avoid Relaxing With Alcohol


In college life alcohol drinking become very usual, but its reaction is very dangerous. In earlier times, alcohol drinking seems very energetic. It will lead to stress. So better avoid alcohol.

09. Breathe


Whenever you feel stressed, deep-breathing exercises can help relieve away the tension. The breathing exercise is first inhale slowly through your nose, hold the breath for few seconds, then the exhale through your mouth, and repeat as your wish. This helps prevent the short, shallow breaths that accompany feelings of tension.

10. Get A Massage


Gently you can take some massages when you feel stressed. Better to ask go for a professional therapists. Massage will help you to relieve from mentally and physically. You can check spa’s websites that are located near your place. I can suggest you for your easier searching.

Stress is not a big deal until you have the proper knowledge to manage it. There are many books and websites available to get more idea about this issue. Teenage is the wonderful time in everyone’s life. If you face a problem simply what you want to do is step out of the situation and start to distance yourself from all those stressful thoughts that your brain is generating.
