The launch of this Cinnamon Care Services not only heralds a new dawn in the fight against conditions such as Alzheimer’s, but also it is setting new standards in luxury retirement and reminiscence care which is available on the Island as we all live longer and longer lives. The Cinnamon Care Training operates its well training institute for the prestigious City & Guilds International Vocational Qualification (IVQ) in Healthcare on-site in Bandaragama. This is the only institute capable of providing students hands-on work experience in its UK standard processes and techniques.
Cinnamon Care Services provides the menu with home-cooked which has been made from fresh, locally contained ingredients. All these can be enjoyed in the very spacious dining rooms, also, the residents may dine in the privacy of their own room.
The Staffs of Cinnamon Care Services would undergo, reference, security and qualification checkup by allocating bodies prior to becoming part of the family care. At the same time the starting induction, all their staff receive in-house training by either the Director of Care (DOC) or qualified senior staff.
