Jacques and Laurent Pourcel are twin brothers born in Agde (France), September 13, 1964. Being Chefs, in 1988 they opened their first restaurant « Le Jardin des Sens » in the south of the France with their friend Olivier Château.
They are innovative and complementary in what they do and this has resulted to earn three « Michelin stars » from 1998 to 2006.
In recent years, Pourcel Brothers have become the best ambassadors of French gastronomy. In 2010, they were selected to represent the French gastronomy on « French Pavilion » at the World Expo in Shanghai, with 6Sens restaurant.
With the partners Olivier Château & Jean-Charles Toussaint they will open the first French Restaurant in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
